春节上来最想吃的二十八道清爽小炒

　　这个春节过年除夕在家里吃，我们三个人加上Vincent的爷爷奶奶，外公外婆，年夜饭讲究的是团圆，其实也不在乎吃什么,所以做的菜也不怎么多,因为老人都不怎么吃得下啊!

要点：

1.所谓热锅冷油就是把锅烧的很热，开始小冒烟的时候就下油，马上放入菜炒，这样炒出的菜好吃，而且因为油温也不高，所以更健康；

2.所谓点水就是在炒菜过程中加点水，这样一来不会把菜炒糊了，二来炒出的菜更水润；

3.所谓勾芡一是要掌握好时间，一般应在菜肴九成熟时进行，过早勾芡会使欠汁发焦，过迟勾芡易使菜受热时间长，失去脆、嫩的口味；二是勾芡的菜肴用油不能太多，否则欠汁不易粘在原料上，不能达到增鲜、美形的目的；三是菜肴汤汁要适当，汤汁过多或过少，会造成芡汁的过稀或过稠，从而影响菜肴的质量；四是用单纯粉汁勾芡时，必须先将菜肴的口味，色泽调好，然后再淋入湿淀粉勾芡，才能保证菜肴的味美色艳。4.所谓淋香油，其实只要几滴就可以，一来给菜增加营养，最重要的是再次给菜提色！

学习英语：如何通过看电影提高英语水平？Manypeople effectively learn English from Hollywood movie. Yet, you cansee some friends, who watch thousand of hollywood movie, do notspeak any words!! Right, the thing is you don't just watch it butyou have to watch by learning purpose to create more usefulentertainment.

很多人一边看着好莱坞的电影一边就把英语学好了。但是也有些人看了几千部好莱坞电影，还是一个字都不会说！！对了，关键在于你不能只是看着玩，还必须抱着学习的目的认真的看。

The steps may annoy your emotionbut if you want to learn English you better follow below steps.Otherwise, you may lost your time and effort withoutnothing.

下面这3个步骤也许会让你觉得不爽，但是如果你真的想通过看电影提高英语的话，你最好还是遵循这3步，否则你要么浪费了时间，要么浪费了精力，最终一无所获。

Step1: Watch soundtrack movie (ofcourse!!) and watch it with the subtitle on at the first time. Youreyes and ears should work equally at this stage. Try to understandthe theme and the main idea of the movie.

第一步：看有声电影（囧不是废话嘛~），第一遍的时候带着字幕看。这一阶段，你的眼睛和耳朵应当同时工作。试着理解片子的主题和大意。

Step 2: Watch it again, still withsubtitle on, but now try to minimize the use of your eyes on thesubtitle. Listen as much as possible and look at the subtitle onlywhen you really do not understand. Skip all small detail at thefirst time and slowly increase the amount of learning by decreasingthe number of time you stop the movie.

第二步：第二遍看，还是带着字幕，但是尽量少看字幕。努力用耳朵去听，只是在实在不懂的时候再看一眼字幕。刚开始的时候忽略掉听不懂的细节，不要一遇到听不懂的就暂停。然后慢慢的多听几遍，试着越来越少的暂停。

Step 3: Watch it without subtitle.It sounds tough but believe me, after enough practice at the firsttwo steps, you will find it easier to watch the movie in pureEnglish.

第三步：去掉字幕看。这听上去很难但是你要相信，只要你在前两步练习的足够充分，你就会发现去掉字幕没有想像的那么难。

You may need to spend sometime topass the first two steps. Do not reach the last step to earlybecause it can greatly discourage you. However, if you reach itwhen you are ready you may never imagined that English is such apiece of cake for you.

你应该在前两个步骤上多花些时间。不要过早的进入第三个步骤不然你会遭受打击的。但是一旦你达到了第三步，你就会出乎意料的发现原来英语不过是小菜一碟！
