做西红柿鸡蛋馅饼不出水的窍门-----最为实在皮薄馅多的面饼

先要记录一下好男儿人生中第一次考试，当然这个严格意义上讲也算不上考试，算是学习上的一个测试吧。内容虽然都非常简单，但好男儿也犯粗心大意的毛病，居然把第一大题的题目看错，结果自然很惨，12分几乎全部都扣完了！我家Cutelady周五那天批评了他，怎么那么粗心。我么，一开始也觉得好男儿挺冤的啊，但是我还是鼓励他，下次只要仔细点就可以了啊。反而他自己倒挺会开导我们，说，别提这事了，还是想点开心地事情吧。哈哈！对啊，Vincent说的对。不好意思，老爸把你这次失败曝光了啊，哈哈！不过，这也不是什么失败，相比以后一个人在人生上的失败，学习上短暂的失败真的算不了什么的啊！继续加油，好男儿！
周末又做了两款创新的面饼，所以还是要推荐给大家。今天给大家看看我做的西红柿鸡蛋馅饼，虽然样子比以前的面饼要不好看点，因为面饼里包的馅可是鼓鼓的啊，但是最重要的是好吃啊。今天这款面饼的难点在于和馅。大家都知道番茄做馅会出水，没法包在面皮里。那我是怎么做到的呢？等一会给你揭晓。特别要关注做这款馅饼的步骤啊呵呵！
原料：番茄鸡蛋 面粉 白糖发酵粉（可以不放) 盐 食用油 葱
做法：
1.清洗西红柿；
2.把西红柿切成丁；
3.用纱布把西红柿丁包起来，用力把汁挤出；
4.容器里放入面粉；
5.加入一个鸡蛋，白糖和一勺左右的食用油，加入番茄汁和水把面团和光滑，醒15分钟；
