solidworks绘制钣金压痕特征:[1]钣金压痕
1、打开solidworks软件,新建一个文档,设置单位。这次我们绘制一个长圆形压痕,所做压痕板材厚度为1.0mm

2、选择“上视基准面”点击“草图”,绘制如图所示的形状,并标注尺寸,选择“拉伸凸台”拉伸高度2.0mm(此尺寸即为压痕所压深度)

3、继续选择“上视基准面”绘制一个尺寸大于上面所绘图形的长方形,并与刚才所绘图形相反的方向拉伸5.0mm

4、选择2个特征相交处倒癣嗡赧箬圆角,圆角半径1.2mm。箭头所指部分可倒圆角亦可不倒圆角(建议倒圆角,这样与实际相似,此处倒圆角尺寸0.5mm)

5、将“拉伸凸台”特征切除,只保留上半部分

6、点击“成型工具”,如图所示选择“停止面”

7、选择“文件”“另存为”存储格式依据箭头所指样式

8、依据箭头所指顺序将所做压痕导入solidworks中,此时所做压痕可以在SOLIDWORKS中找到了

9、随便绘制一个合适的钣金特征将所做压痕调入即可,依据箭头所指处可以设置压痕方向及位置,最终效果图如下所示
