1、取干海带两片,约150g,放盆中加水,泡发约两个小时;

2、海带泡发后,洗净,切块,备用;

3、取300g前腿肉,洗净,切块备用;

4、取姜葱洗净,姜用刀侧面拍碎,备用,葱切成葱花,备用;

5、往电饭煲中加水,放入切好的前腿肉,姜、花椒、泡椒,盖住盖子,加热;

6、待水开后约5分钟,放入切好的海带;

7、海带放入后约6分钟,海带便熟了,放入食盐、味精、鸡精等配料,再炖一分钟左右便可以起锅了;如果想要汤味更加鲜美,可以多炖一会儿;

8、由于是清炖的,味道会比较鲜美,但是有些食客喜欢吃麻辣一点,我们可以单独做一个蘸酱,搭配着吃,满足更多的人;
